Customer service in the store sucks. The employees are rude. The only nice people I seem to run into are the people that bag the groceries and the nice gentleman that stands at the front to watch everybody walk in and out kind of guarding the door. I was at register 14 checking out and the woman Patricia was very rude. She had a lot to say under her breath. She was rude to the guy in front of me and she was rude to me as well. For absolutely no reason we're just trying to work with her apparently she doesn't know how to work the machines it's not our fault. So I went to customer service at approximately 1:55 maybe around 1:53 and I told the older woman with the very very very very very very short pixie cut gray hair with glasses. I didn't want to make a scene because I'm not trying to embarrass people so I was trying to discreetly give a description of who I now know is Patricia according to my receipt. The woman at customer service was very very rude and said no no I need you to tell me who it is but the way she said it was very rude it's like she wanted to embarrass the other employee for whatever reason I don't really understand it. When I pointed out that the lady and customer service that she was being rude she then became nice & said no no & tried to expalin herself with no apology. I responded by saying what is wrong with this store because seriously what is everybody's problem here? Learn some respect. Every time I come into the store to doordash there are rude employees. This is why I will not come and spend my own money here at the store. Both employees need training on how to speak respectfully to other people. If you cannot speak respectively then you shouldn't be a cashier or be working in customer service you should be in the back stocking. The next time on a play has a root attitude with me and is trying to embarrass the people around them I will make a scene and I'm not going to stand for it next time. Also, open more than 2 lanes. Like wtf is wrong with yall? Making elderly people wait in a huge line when you could easily open one more lane. Pure laziness.

I’ve had decent experiences with this store in the past, but the last several times I’ve used their pickup service, all but once the order has been severely delayed. I just waited for my order for an hour and 40 minutes. When I called an hour in, they said they never got my text and it would just be a few minutes. I placed a takeout order for dinner.

When I called the store manager 20 min. later, she said she’d be out to talk to us. Another 20 min. and someone came out with my order and a whopping $10 in apology coupons for a $170 order. Never saw the manager. My ramen is cold.

Sorry, guys, I’ve always loved Meijer, but between these epic waits and the skyrocketing prices, I’ve gotta switch to the other big grocer in town.

Nice store. Clean and organized. There was a person standing at the door saying there is no carts. Not sure why they weren't helping to get carts? When we left all the carts were outside. Was a bit odd.

Fun store, I love that they have everything you could need all in one stop. Like Walmart, only better prices, better selections, better quality and sweeter staff. Excellent experience!

Have never received bad produce from this store in over 3 years, but both the greens and romaine should not have been sold.
Very disappointing and do not have time to go back to return. What is up?

I unfortunately couldn't get to meijer until the day the medicine was to be put back and by 4pm it was already put back! That is total crap and shouldn't be put back until the very end off business day or beginning of next day!
