If I can't Understand the workers answering The phone, Then you got A Real Problem. This ladys accent was so Strong I Couldn't Understand A Word coming Out of Her Mouth!!!
Please Put QUALIFED workers on the phone that can Answer My questions!!!

They don’t allow service animals? But other campuses they do. How is that possible. They were rude over the phone about it! So much help for disabled people!!
