My daughter has been going here since birth and I have generally been less than satisfied but we stayed because of convenience. I will be leaving immediately. Not only could I not get a call back from her physician after multiple attempts but they recently submitted my “outstanding” debt that I had no knowledge of to a debt collector. Why didn’t I have knowledge? The billing department was submitting the bill to an address that I haven’t lived at for over 12 years. I have updated her records every time I went in on the form provided but as the billing department told me they sometimes don’t update on their end. So despite having provided an accurate address the were submitting the bill incorrectly. I moved along blissfully unaware of my debt, had I known I would have paid. I have since called and take. Care of the debt now that I am aware, however yet again they sent another bill collection agency out for a debt I have paid off. Go anywhere else. I will be filing a complaint with the better business bureau as well!

This practice is as caring as I've encountered.I am 82 years old and have.had many experiences with physicians and surgeons. Last year I was discharged to hospice with two weeks to one month to live. Fourteen months later I am doing well. My first week home, Dr. Kramer came to my home to ensure all was well.
Since then every exposure to that staff has been outstanding.
You have a facility to be proud of keep it up we need more like you

Can take up to 10 minutes to get through to the reception desk when calling. Not sure if the reception staff are not knowledgeable of their job, are lazy or just simply rude. Every time I went (3 times) i had a different doctor and was told that was my primary now?! The last time i went, the doctor kept repeating back to me what i was saying and then asking the same questions over and over again.. after about 15 minutes of this, he announced that he is a resident and was going to speak with the doctor (really?!) at this point i felt lost and disappointed. A few minutes later, the doctor came in, and the process started alllll over again. The doctor didn't try to "connect" and didn't seem friendly which made me feel uncomfortable. He told me he was going to send a prescription to the pharmacy, which was never done. I didn't even bother following up and ended up finding a new practice.
Embarrassing that they are a part of Middlesex hospital. The office manager is polite but kept saying she wasn't sure, that wasn't her area and would need to get back to me.

I have been with this practice for pretty close to 40 years and I love them. They have been with us through good times and bad and I highly recommend them to anyone. Yes you do change drs every 3 years but all of them have been caring and compassionate as well as willing to listen.

I went to this practice in 2013 because my ankles were swelling. I was 42 at the time and in reasonably good health but a diabetic. The practice knew I did not have health insurance at the time. First, the service was horrible. I had to wait about 30 minutes and when I finally saw the doctor she asked a few questions and that was it. I remember her asking me what I wanted her to do. At that point I was thinking to myself, hey doc, I came to you for answers, not the other way around. I told her as much and walked out the door. Then I get the bill, for $277! I remember she charged me a crazy amount for doing a finger stick to check my sugar levels using the same device I have at home. I was disgusted. I contested the charges. I called them and told them I wasn't paying this amount for the service. All fell on deaf ears.

Why am I writing this review 5 years later? Because they just sent the charge to Medconn collections, several years after I contested it.

Don't go to these people unless you was cut rate care and service, without the cut rate.

Disgusted with East Hampton practice lately. A doctor can call in the wrong script for a patient and when you call to find out why... The newest receptionist is extremely rude and unhelpful then puts you on hold for ten minutes to have a nurse pick up admit it's their mistake and when you express your aggravated proceed to say have a good day I'm calling it in. No apology, no respect, and no time to show concern over their patients. Defiantly looking to switch doctors as I keep seeing a decline in the last year in how these doctors and nurses treat people! Maybe that's why the turn over in patients and staff. So unhappy!
