Now I do.I was totally satisfied n Overwhelmed w Joy I know God sent me there.The Staff n Stylist were very Professional Caring and Kind. What lovely reviews from past students and existing staff. Not too many from actual customers.

Friday morning they open at 8:30am despite google advertising at 10:30am.

Don’t make simple inquiries in regards to the sign in procedure or the mean old bitty at the front desk will feel inconvenienced and respond to you like you’re a nuisance to her existence. She will also talk bad about you as you’re walking out of the door.

Despite politely greeting her and asking how she was doing, which is what a front desk reception should do upon entrance of a guest, my simple inquiries were rudely dismissed.

I’m sure if I was actually serviced (simple shampoo and blowout for natural hair) my needs would’ve been met. But an unwelcoming attitude from staff doesn’t make you want to spend your money in the establishment.

Respect earned is respect given.

I went there for a crochet. I was first in line. I paid what they asked for. One hour later the head lady came to me and said we have to refund your money we cannot do your hair. I said okay. It would have been better to tell me when I first got there but they waited a hour.

Great customer service, students sre talented and attentive. Instructor:Mrs. Mboumba is a great stylist and guides her students with respect. Reagen is good student with sweet personality. Everyone is very friendly.
