Came here to learn poker dealing and had a tremendous experience. Oscar is great at teaching the proper ways of dealing poker, lots of little things I was unaware of. Highly recommend millennium dealer school to prepare you for a dealer job.

If you’re looking into becoming a dealer I highly recommend enrolling for school. Michelle is professional and guides you through the steps for each casino you’re trying to get into. She has the most patience if you’re new and don’t know anything about a specific game. I passed my audition my first time and I couldn’t have done it if I didn’t go to school. I just want to thank Michelle for setting me up for success. The best teacher hands down. I’m definitely going to stop by and visit in the near future because they are like family. Much love and thank you again.

I passed the audition at Commerce Casino in one try. Michelle is very knowledgeable. I learned everything I needed to become a dealer. At the audition, I did feel that my training at Millennium is more thorough and up to standard than other school.

I had a wonderful experience with Millennium Casino Academy. From the moment I called them, they were looking out for me. During my initial phone call, Jennifer made me aware of possible promotional rates they sometimes offered, and she told me I could potentially double up on classes so I could finish sooner, since I was commuting from far away. It was an easy choice going with Millennium, for these reasons alone. I ended up taking the poker course, and the training was thorough and practical. Michelle and Oscar, the instructors, really took an interest in my future, and they got me excited about the job opportunities that awaited me. They were patient with me throughout the course, and answered all of my questions. I'll definitely be coming back some day to take the California games course!

I had a great experience here. The staff is friendly and tries their best to help you. They follow up after you get certified to see how auditions and job hunting is going and give tips on how to approach them. You learn at your own pace so you finish as fast as you are able to learn. I would recommend the day class since they have more people in them typically so you get more practice in and you can discuss things you might be confused or need more work on. Overall a great school and I look forward to coming back for the California Games course.

Terrible experience... Read the negatives before making your decision. Nobody returns calls, one phone number on the website goes to a stranger. I went by the location twice and nobody was there. Today I went again and saw a guy opening the door as I was about to leave, he was rude and told me to go somewhere else because he didn't like to hear that I had tried almost a week to get a return call and haven't seen anyone at the times listed on the door. They don't respect peoples time. The guy looks shady and was very rude. The website looks nice but the owner behind it is not a nice guy. I'm happy to give my $1500 to someone else who values people and their time. Don't read the phony good reviews, read the negatives and you will see the truth.

When I came to this school, everyone was very welcoming and friendly. I entered the school not knowing anything about being a casino dealer and I've never entered a casino before. They taught me how to deal 5 Cal games in an easy way to understand. Flexible hours. Always informative with any of my questions. You learn and improve as much as you want yourself to. Show them you are serious about this and they will take you serious.

The teacher Oscar spoke to me the whole time during my classes I paid for without actually teaching me how to deal poker during my sessions. He told me at the end of classes he would have taught me slower rather than fast the whole time if he knew I didn’t know how To play. But I did in fact tell him the first day that my dad knew how to play as he is a World Series poker player and I have never played. I have Just heard a few terms. So because of my experience, shows me he must have thought I was lying for some reason based off his character. Most of the whole class he would talk about other things not regarding poker and some classes not even playing poker and just talking. Time was up and he said we would make it up but they had problems with times outside your schedule too. He didn’t teach me about betting structures and just talk to me about anything other than poker in my classes. I deserve a refund because then the wife and daughter retaliated against me and didn’t pass me because I showed Oscar the wife’s husband and daughters father my music. I have over 10 music videos and one showed my butt on my big drip energy video cause I was on a yacht. As we’re doing a class with other classmates, the wife yells out “and my husband got to see Joslyn’s butt” and I was like “oh my music videos? Yeah that’s one video.” It’s not my fault your husband picked the only video with me in a bikini on boat. So that’s why I think they failed me out of jealousy and Oscar the man just spoke to me the whole time didn’t actually teach me how to bet in poker and that’s why I deserve my money back. Also the daughter wouldn’t work with my schedule and once I said if we can work around it, she automatically gave up on me in text and told me not to come back. Also, Oscar, Would just talk about life and other things not about poker dealing and would ask me if I felt weird regarding my skin color to apply for casinos cuz they have a lot of Asians running it. I thought that was a weird question and inappropriate to ask me considering my dad is white and my mom is Afro Latina and both sides of the spectrum never treated me less then. But that question made me feel uncomfortable like he was wondering about how my skin color would fit in to this field or position as a dealer, when I never thought that was a factor to applying until he asked me. He wouldn’t just start teaching me and dealing he would make it hard for me and stop me when I kept trying to keep on dealing to get used to it and would get mad at me. Then just failed me. I feel scammed honestly. Out of $1700. His daughter even told me she didn’t Believe in me and canceled my next classes without me wanting to give up so easily but she was so mean to me in text. She would get mad if I had to work and couldn’t come in certain days. They told us before paying they can work around our schedule even when I have to pay my own rent on my own and bills. Going to school and working they didn’t have sympathy or compassion for. They just didn’t want me passing it seemed like. But I think it’s highly inappropriate for the wife to come in only once out of the months just to tell the glass while she is teaching us that her husband saw my butt and I’m like I didn’t purposely show him my butt lol I showed him my YouTube channel Official Joslyn Sky. Which has many music videos, live shows and talks about mg blind condition. The daughter also purposely failed me and didn’t want to help with different times and days to finish my classes and she wouldn’t work around mg schedule. Racism and hate at it’s best.ans the wife was mad I showed her bus and my big drip energy music video and called it out infront of the other students while teaching us. They then had the Oscar only talk to me all my sessions and not actually teach me dealing and told me at the end he would have taught me slower if he thought I was a beginner but I told him I was. My dad plays poker but I don’t know nothing about it. Oscar thought I was lying and kept on talking about race and stealing when dealing.
