This place is an absolute godsend. I purchased a mobility scooter from an online store that shall remain nameless.
Within a few months of buying the scooter, it became Inoperable. The manufacturer sent out A “certified” technician that absolutely butchered my scooter.
Tony handled all the communications with the manufacturer and had my scooter up and running in no time.
My only regret is not buying from them directly.
SKIP THE ONLINE STORES AND GO DIRECTLY TO MOBILITY WORKS!!!!!!!
I will not go any place else, and recommend them to the highest extent

Please be careful about buying a van from Mobility Works company. I’m trying to save other people from losing over $20,000 in only owning the van for 2 years and only driving the van for 13,000 miles. Families depend on these vehicles for family members who can be severely disabled. This company will take all your money and sell you a vehicle they can’t buy back, even though they claim they will when they sell it to you.

I purchased a used 2015 Dodge Grand Caravan that was labeled as a 2016. I treat this van like a gem and perform regular maintenance but after 5 months, I’ve had to put nearly $4000 worth of repairs in a van that has only 60,000 miles on it! In addition I was told that parts I need aren’t made anymore or are not available in the entire US. Your competition got them for me in three days. I feel like once you made the sale, I was kicked out the door and forgotten while my salesman left the company.

I recently purchased a 2012 Ford XT handicap equipped van in East Hartford, CT. My sales representative was Sheldon Saddler. He made the process smooth, we felt his only objective was our safety and happiness. Sheldon was detailed oriented, if something was missing or wrong he fixed it immediately. Usually you hate buying a new van, but not in this case. I was completely reassured.
