❤️ i had went to every treatment center in portsmouth 6 years ago until i found Monarch! They have been the best and with me every step of my Journey of recovery! They dont give up on you and treat you like family! Its even in the name on the front of their facility. The Monarch Family! They are truly amazing. They have 30/60/90 day in patient, transitional living and outpatient. If youre tired if the same ole same ole and want a life. Monarch and staff is the path to a brighter future!

I'm currently in Transitional Living at the David House. I was at The Counseling Center for my first 60 days in recovery. They didn't want to let me go to Transition do to the Bed Availability. Monarch provided me a Bed the next day after my evaluation. The Staff is very friendly and I appreciate the program! You can not ask for more caring and considerate people then the Duncan family. It doesn't seem to be a Court back to back doorway. As The Counseling Center is. The people that are here genuinely want recovery, and
you don't have to be effected by people bringing in drugs and seeking rehab to get out of a jail/prison sentence. I recommend this highly to people that want the resources to begin their journey into Recovery. Thank you to the Duncan Family for being a staple in Recovery in the southern Ohio region.

Monarch health and recovery has saved my life and been a blessing for me. I've tried inpatient treatment in the past but never got the experience I gained from monarch. The owners are absolutely amazing. The staff is amazing and my counselor has helped me overcome so many obstacles that I have never been able to overcome prior to coming to monarch. I went to inpatient at the monarch house in Lucasville OH. Then moved on to the women's transitional house. I am learning to love myself more everyday and be a better, productive member of society. I am so grateful to the owners and staff at Monarch for being there for me every step of the way. I am very thankful for all the staff that have helped me in my journey. I highly recommend monarch health and recovery for those who are wanting to change their lives and find recovery.

I love this place, Dr Jim and Debbie are the most caring professional people who I've ever met! They go to the utmost to help their patients. They are the best and I've been to a lot of recovery places and none of them can compare to the what the Duncan's have got going here in the area. We are blessed to have them ❤️🙏 because I guarantee you that no other place in the country have anything to compare to them!!♥️🙏

My confidentiality was Broken there multiple times and my mental health suffered greatly there the owner threatened to call cps on me for no reason and after being gone from there 5 months I asked for my records but they well not give them to me if I needed help I would not go there because it is a horrible place. They do not follow the HIPAA laws or any others. Only when they want to.

My husband went there for almost 3 years before he passed and then I started going there I've been there for almost 10 months it's an amazing facility we are one big family and the Duncan's and all staff go above and beyond to help with anything and everything
