This office is extremely incompetent when it comes to prescriptions. It takes weeks to get a prescription filled if a prior authorization is involved. They are also slow to respond to basic prescription requests if they respond at all. The staff is friendly and professional when you’re in the office, but that’s the only time they give their patients the appropriate time and attention. I would highly recommend going elsewhere for primary care if you have a choice.

If I could give 0 stars to the obgyn I would. Go to planned parenthood where you will be treated with respect for your time and your well-being. I waited over an hour I was never seen by a doctor. I left with excruciating back pain which they knew about!!!disgusting treatment I won’t be back. They also lied in my chart about the time and said I eloped. When I asked the nurse for discharge papers, she refused and gave me permission to leave.
