Maternity/labor department was phenomenal! All the staff is very friendly, caring and professional, made me feel right at home. They delivered my daughter Skye on Saint Patrick's Day, I was in room 3104. They walked me through the labor too and never got frustrated with me like I had with my first daughter at Blanchard Valley. I can't say enough good things about this department, I highly recommend it to anyone who is going to have their baby delivered.

The best staff. Taylor was my Nurse in the ER today, she took the best care of me and was so comforting and Kind. The woman who did my ultrasound took great care of me as well. She could tell I was in pain and talked me through everything. Excellent, Amazing 10/10!!

This place was amazing. From the check-in staff to the nurses and doctors, everyone was super nice. The only issue I had was they wouldn't let me come back to see my wife after surgery was complete......had to wait almost 2 hrs post surgery to see her when they wheeled her out to the car. Also, just like all hospitals, the food prices are outrageous

The maternity / delivery staff here were all amazing!! I came in at 34w 4d after my water broke and everyone was immediately attentive and caring. My labor progressed so fast that I didn't have time for an epidural but the nurses helped me through the whole labor, it would've been 10x worse had the staff not been so helpful, kind, and knowledgeable. My girl is now in the NICU doing great and the nurses and doctors there have all also been awesome.

I've had MRI, ultrasound and mammogram here (scheduled appointments). Test results were quick. The staff were top notch: warm, professional, competent. The facility is beautiful, and I always enjoy the music. A pleasant experience all around.

Just to make this short. We were in here two different days in a row. Wait time total was around 10 hours. My wife had a miscarriage, bleeding through pads. The only thing they kept saying was oh people have been waiting a hour longer. That isn’t helpful to a couple that think his wife could die from the blood loss and pain. Last time I ever come to absolute horrible place.

I brought my mom to the emergency room because she was having trouble breathing and the preliminary doctor asked her what her goal was being here and asked her why didn’t she go to pulmonary care. Those are ridiculous questions to ask someone who needs medical attention. He should have been more compassionate and said that his goal is find out what the issue is and provide the best possible care he could. I don’t think some of these doctors truly give a damn about their patients and are just there for the paycheck. At least the nurses were pretty nice but that’s the only compliment i can give. I won’t be bringing her back here again or ever come here myself for treatment if I need it.

Over 6 hour wait. Performed all preliminary tests such as vitals, EKG, x-rays, blood work, covid test on an 84 year old patient who has been sick for 2 weeks with severe dehydration, dizziness, and fatigue. Sent by doctor to ER. Even stuck the IV adapter in him but couldn't provide at least a drip while we waited. Asked multiple times if we could get the results back, and was told yes they would give them to us without MyChart. Ultimately after several hours, they said they could not give the lab work. Did not provide an activation code for MyChart even when asked multiple times. Patient wanted to leave due to being so tired, nurse took out the IV adapter and they sent 4 more nurses to take out the adapter after it had been removed. Poor management, terrible wait time. Go to Doctor's West if you want to be seen timely. Nurses were all pleasant however, just did not follow through on the minimum.

EDIT: They also never asked for any contact information. Which is hilarious. But they made damn sure that the waiver was signed for leaving early.
