My two kids have been going to Mountain Meadow Ranch for 3 years and beg me to go back every year! The stories they tell us in the car drive home are worth it alone - they don't stop talking for hours and as teenagers, that's quite the feat!

The love the activities, the staff, the amazing counselors and especially the lasting friendships and memories that can only be made at camp. The counselors are exceptional—passionate, engaging, and genuinely invested in each camper's experience. The camp is family run and my kids feel like they are a part of that family the minute they step on property. I highly recommended for an amazing and enriching summer experience!

My daughter attended MMR summer camp for the last 4 summers, and after every camp session, she can't wait to go return the next summer! Every summer she has an amazing time, makes great friends, and tries new things like the high ropes course and camping under the stars. They offer so many activities... there is really something for everyone!

As a parent, I was a bit apprehensive about sending her to camp for 2 weeks, but it turned out to be a really positive experience. I love that the kids are unplugged from all electronics and social media. The staff is super positive, inclusive, and caring. This past summer we used the camp shuttle from the Reno airport to camp and it was easy, organized and all-around fantastic! If you're considering sending your kid to camp then I highly recommend MMR.

Our daughter has been to MMR for 2 summers and loves it! She did a 2-week session in 2023 and a 4-week session in 2024. She comes home happier and more mature, including trying new foods! Her favorite activity is with the horses but she loves the arts and crafts as well and has made lasting friends. So much to do and she comes home with nothing but smiles and happy memories!

Both of my kids have been attending MMR for 3 years and LOVE it. They talk about it all year and insist every year that they go! Our older son wants to be a counselor there when he is old enough! They love the friends they make from around the world! This has been a life changer for both of them! Best counselors, views, nature, and of course food!!

My children have attended Mountain Meadow Ranch for three summers and they absolutely LOVE it. The camp is run by a family that cares so deeply about creating a memorable, fun experience for campers, and they take care of parents, too! Great communication, lots of pictures home, and an environment where you can feel confident leaving your kids. The activities are awesome, and they are camper-selected, so your kid doesn't have to do an activity they don't want to. My girls ride horses every day and still have time to do ceramics, ropes courses, swim (in the pool and the lagoon!), dance, do skits, read, sit by the campfire, and generally have a wonderful time. There is no technology at this camp, and it's a great thing. My kids comment when they come home that they wish they could recreate the way it feels at camp, at home (which would include no computer, tablet, phone, etc.). MMR is a gem and I'm so glad we found it!

We've sent all 3 of our kids to MMR for both two and four week sessions. The kids come back with so many camp stories and love their summer time but what's been really fun is seeing them grow & stretch in new ways as they build confidence in themselves while having time to own more of their daily choices and try new activities at camp. Some of their favorite activities include archery, backpacking and swimming. I remember the first year that our youngest went to camp she was really nervous – but by the time we came to pick her up she didn't want to leave. That's exactly what we'd hoped for & the great team at MMR is why we keep sending the kids back year after year!

My two girls had such good experiences at MMR camp. Each of them went not knowing any other kids their ages but meeting all new friends was so good for them.The very welcoming community, the activities (out trips, color wars, etc) and the fun counselors were what made it such a success for them. There are so many different activity opportunities and no screens was great. Highly recommend.

My daughter has gone two years in a row and absolutely loves it! She has made forever memories, met great friends, and has had amazing adventures. She can’t wait until next year. Also, the camp counselors and staff are absolutely wonderful!!!
