I had an appointment for a lead test. They never showed up and never called. When I called them they said , “ I’m not sure who scheduled this but we don’t do lead test at 3:30pm.
I had limited access to the house , I needed inspection that day. The guy says , “ well good luck with that”. What an asshole !
I will never use this company !

I made several attempts to contact this company (both email and phone) to no avail. After a few attempts, I reached him by phone only to be rushed off and telling me he was late for an appointment with his accountant. Never heard back even though I emailed him again. Customer service is NOT a priority.

I am a health coach and my goal is to gather reputable environmental inspectors in CT (which I shared with him in my initial email), but this company will not be on my list.
