It's a shame students can't even buy books from their onsite bookstore. I do not recommend ANY student purchase their books/class materials from the bookstore. Very incompetent and clearly the staff is not interested in actually working - they let the phone ring and I doubt even if you left a message they'd return your call. I shouldn't have to physically go on campus (as a remote student) and question staff about an order that should have been sent weeks ago. Do yourself a favor and order your textbooks from anywhere else BUT the bookstore.

If I could give this store zero stars I would in an instant! Not only are there books so overpriced the employees are beyond nasty. It’s a total scam in there they give you 5 DAYS to return books that you spend 100’s on, yet give you 30 days to return a 3 dollar ruler. If that doesn’t say scam I don’t know what does. Also they rely on their employees to give you information that they don’t put on the receipt, like how long you have to return books. Stay clear from this store don’t make the same mistakes I did. Order online!

Very unhelpful. As a first year student, you would think that this school puts effort into first year experiences and ensuring that all forms of communication are clear in what you have to do and how to do it. The bookstore has yet to return my call, answer my email, or pick up the phone. I need a specific textbook for my math class (which I have already paid for through the tuition's payment of books) however going on the website gives absolutely no access to book without paying the $200 i've already paid. I can't schedule an appointment to pick it up on the website and i've not gotten an email telling me to pick it up like other students have said. While it's understandable that not all services will be perfect, especially during COVID, the very least they could do is pick up the phone or respond to my emails. I have also gone directly to the store, where they state (on a slip of paper taped to the door) that you need an appointment to enter the building, and then give you a faulty link that leads to an Error 404 page. Altogether, this will most likely cost me a grade, despite putting in my best efforts to attain this textbook.
