Location of great historical significance. This would be nice place for a picnic in early summer or the fall. Great view of Connecticut River and the Bridge at Goodspeed opera house. Put this on your list of things to do once the lockdown is lifted.

A little gem of CT history. Volunteers open the building, some know more then others. All volunteers are welcoming people and help answer questions to the best of their ability. Many are members of local SOR or DAR chapters and are deeply interested in genealogy, American history, and this local area.
