I can’t recommend the National Real Estate Institute enough! I completed the 60-hour course and passed both my federal and Connecticut state real estate exams just two weeks after finishing and on my first try, thanks to the incredible instruction from Kelly and Yvonne. HIGHLY recommend NREI for real estate education. I took the 5 week course with Kelly and passed my exam on my first attempt! Kelly does a great job at highlighting key topics and integrating real life stories and examples, so the content never feels dry. Despite being virtual, the learning environment felt almost identical to being in a classroom setting - plenty of time was allowed for questions and getting to know other classmates. I also purchased the additional exam prep through NREI and found it invaluable in prepping for my exam.

I had a 10 weeks course with Kelly on salesperson exam. She teaches very thorough in all topics with details, quote examples. Showed us what's important to remember. Very responsive to questions I had besides classes. Took my exam on 26th after classes ended 21st and got pass in one go! Kelly is really amazing! Thank you so much!

I took the 7 week evening class with Kelly and Yvonne and passed the exam on my first attempt. Kelly and Yvonne are very knowledgeable and offer real world experience along with technical information. As someone who has never taken a Zoom course, I was a bit nervous about the format, but it really felt like a one-on-one experience. I highly recommend NREI for anyone looking I get their CT Salesperson license.

Kelly and the NREI team are amazing. It's a great course to take to prepare you for the Licensing Exam, but Kelly also shares from her decades of experience and insights into what life will be like as a Realtor/Broker.
