I took the electrical course in winter of 2024 with Ralph and it was one of the most informative courses and well taught classes I have ever experienced. I left the course feeling extremely confident to perform my own electrical work in my own remodeling projects. Shortly after graduation I've been contracted to help clients and GCs with their electrical needs. I highly recommend this course. Especially if you're a veteran and you are looking for an excellent ROI for your GI Bill money. Get yourself a trade and do it here. I'm working on my second trade in plumbing now and will return next winter for the HVAC course. If you get Ralph as an instructor pick his brain, he's loaded with knowledge and loves sharing it!

I took the electrical course starting September 2024 and finished December 2024. Its accelerated so everyday there is a big lesson involving either a chapter in the textbook or the NEC. Ralph was my instructor and he balanced important lessons in the class with entertaining stories and the "why it's done this way" reminders. Each week was a new challenge that is moving at your own pace and regardless of prior understanding, they won't give up on you unless you give up on yourself. Strongly recommend this course to get a basic understanding

I am so grateful for NTI Phoenix campus. Being at the age of 44 and wanting to get an actual career something I've always wanted to do I happen to check out another school. The school luck basic materials. I decided to withdraw from that school and I made an amazing decision by going to NTI. Let me start off with everybody from Trace to Ralph and to Rich has been exceptional. In 3 weeks and just a short amount of time I've learned so much. These people at this location actually care about their students. I can't wait to find out even more. Every week it's something new and something exciting. I'm going to say don't waste your money on other schools that have to many students assed and not enough teachers. I am sure when I get further along in school or towards the end I'll give them another review.

National Technical Institute is a Great School for anybody who is looking for a new career. They offer HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical courses and very affordable than any other school out there, they even offer payment plans. I loved the Fact that they have courses you can incorporate into your busy life schedule to where you can study at your own pace and don't have to quit your job or move to a different city to do it. The staff and instructors are Great! very helpful and informative in teaching, I would give 10 stars if I could.

I was tired of working my tail off for minimum wage and struggling with bills, I decided to take the HVAC-R classe at NTI, I never had any experience in HVAC. I graduated in October and now I just got Hired with a company for HVAC Tech, they will train you with top pay and benefits, THE BEST DECISION I EVER MADE WAS GOING TO NATIONAL TECHNICAL INSTITUTE. Also, NTI gives you a starter tool bag to get you going after you graduate. MY ADVICE TO YOU ALL IS DON'T THINK ABOUT IT "JUST DO IT"!! you can graduate in 4 to 5 months and get certified and be on your way to a DREAM JOB!!! THANK YOU NTI!!!

They make everything so easy for you to understand from top to bottom. Applying online was so easy and they got back to me in no time. I received messages from skylar through messages which made everything so much easier and skylar guided me through the whole process from payment plans to how to get into you’re classes and i’m very excited to go through this course and get this certificate.

Before enrolling to NTI, I was a bit hesitant, electrician is something that you really know what your doing, I can be dangerous working with live current, however this has been one of the best investments I’ve ever done in my life. I have learned so much during the past months. The way that the school program is designed it’s very convenience, I can study at any hour in my home and practice in the lab once a week during 4 hours. One of the best things is getting support from experienced teachers, specially from Colin, whom shared so much knowledge even during weekends or Fridays nights, the school is very flexible too, letting me take some classes and practicing during the week and hours before beginning of each class, Colin is the best, he always having the best attitude, but he’s jokes mmm he definitely need more practice on that :P. Friendly learning environment, exceptional facilities to practice and learn. This is a game shifter for those who want to get into the field quickly, i receive more than 3 job opportunities during the whole program that was amazing. Kudos NTI!!

Recent NTI graduate here, if you are considering this school for any reason JUST DO IT!! I was hesitant starting the HVAC program but shortly after I was equipped with so much knowledge and confidence. My instructor Mark, was the best of the best. Mark was extremely patient and understanding which made learning so much easier. There is nothing I would change about NTI or the HVAC program except for the fact that I wish it lasted longer! Time will fly by here and you will be certified before you know it. Seize your future let’s go!!
