My husband and I did our research when looking for childcare for our daughter ... we visited MANY childcare centers and talked to MANY different directors/teachers and we came to this conclusion: For many "schools" (as we call it) the facilities are similar, even the curriculum is similar, but what absolutely makes the school are the people. From the moment we stepped in the front doors of New Albany KinderCare we felt welcomed, we felt heard, and we have been thoroughly informed (and continue to be). She loves her teachers and she comes home learning something new every day. I can't tell you how much being able to trust her teachers and her care gives us peace of mind. When our 2 year old comes home saying, "Miss Jenn is my best friend" you know they're doing something right! I highly recommend checking this place out, once you meet the teachers/staff you won't want to send your kids anywhere else!

Kinder care in New Albany has been amazing to my 3 month old daughter, Isabella! She just started yesterday but they update you all day!! I get at least 3 pictures of her a day and updates on her activities, also when they feed her, when she sleeps, and diaper changes. The staff keeps the facility so clean and makes dropping off and picking up so easy! They constantly do sensory activities with her and keep her occupied all day! When I get her home she just wants to cuddle which I love because they kept her busy all day! ♥️ Would 100% recommend.

Have you ever questioned yourself if you are a "good" mom? I have. I had a hard time trying to figure out what to do to help my toddler. I made appointments and started getting him evaluated for all sorts of things, and his behavior was not getting better. That’s when New Albany KinderCare came in.

I visited other facilities in the area, but the moment I stepped in the front doors of New Albany KinderCare, I knew it was the place for us. I felt welcomed right away. Juneda, the director, is amazing and always available to help and listen. The teachers are great, supportive, and on top of everything. They know how to care for your child and help them with each milestone. The facility is always clean, and every staff member you meet is nice and friendly, even if you’re just passing by them. I’m just so happy with New Albany KinderCare!

My toddler loves the curriculum and activities, and that’s not even the best part, his behavior started to change for the best. I don’t know if maybe having a routine, great supportive teachers, and being surrounded by his peers is what was missing from his life before, but all I know is that ever since he has started there, he’s become a new happy boy, and is learning so much. His little brother, who's just a baby, started attending shortly after as well, and they are both doing so well. I am so grateful to New Albany KinderCare. It’s a top-notch center and I can’t recommend it enough.

New Albany Kinder Care has been my child's home away from home since August of 2020. After such a chaotic year and the birth of our second child, Ms. J, Ms. Colleen, and the whole staff welcomed our family with open arms. They have never let us down. They openly communicate with us and support our family throughout these continued days of the unknown and offer the children a sense of normalcy within their walls.
We thank you, New Albany KinderCare for loving and nurturing our children while keeping them safe under your watch. I'd send them nowhere else!

When I first enrolled my daughter here I was excited getting her out of the house and starting daycare at an early age , was wanting her to gain new experiences when it came to learning . At the time Juneda was the Director , all I can say is she was the best , very attentive and considerate. Fast forward to now , they have Tiffany and Brooke that are very inconsiderate and have a nonchalant attitude. They don’t care about your concerns or feelings, they tend to brush you off in a rude manner . My daughter had been out of daycare for over a week due to obvious reasons. Brooke had told me my daughter space was going to be kept till she returns. They call me on the day she was returning to tell me I had an outstanding past due balance , don’t know how , that was suppose to be paid before she can get accepted , had no problem paying cuz I wanted her in daycare that day due to me having exams in school that morning . Her dad took her that morning , we made the payment , only for Brooke and the clueless Director Tiffany to tell her dad she can’t be acceptable that day cuz she has to be enrolled again and won’t show up in system till the next day . My thing is why didn’t you say that over the phone when we spoke that money ? Why wait until her dad had left what he was doing and wasting his gas to drive over there before you realize she had to be enrolled again , you didn’t tell me she was not enrolled in the first place . I have had issues with both of them before in reference to cut off time . They seems rude in my opinion. I will be transferring my daughter to another daycare because of the Tiffany and Brooke . Wish Juneda was still around . I also contacted the head office to launch a complaint against them two . Worst director and assistant . This review is from Tutue kpoto

I took my daughter here when she had just turned a year old. She had never really been in a daycare setting due to the pandemic and I was unsure of how she would do. The staff at New Albany Kindercare ensured that my daughter was well taken care of and worked with her to build trusting relationships with other adults as well as socializing with kids her own age. The director and assistant director were always very supportive and timely on their responses. Honestly, I would have kept her at this location if I didn't get a spot at my work's daycare center - I have no reservations in recommending this Kindercare to anyone looking for dependable, safe childcare. It is very tough for any parent to leave their child with strangers but my daughter grew to enjoy her time at Kindercare and with her teachers. The activities and learning included play but also purposeful for the children to develop and they post a lot of pictures so you can check in on your little one throughout the day. I am a nurse and their standards for cleanliness and approach to COVID-19 made me feel even more comfortable. If I ever have a need in the future for childcare, I undoubtedly would return to Kindercare New Albany!

This is absolutely the best care you can provide your child in the area! I have never had anything but great things to say about this place. If we didn't relocate to Tennessee, you can believe our daughter would have been there until the end. Our daughter's teachers became apart of our extended family. The administration goes above and beyond to ensure that the parents are comfortable and happy with the care they provide. Mr. Joe, the chef, IS AWESOME. Our daughter always said "I have to eat all my food to make Mr. Joe Joe happy!" I cannot say enough great things about this place. Your child will absolutely fall in love, in turn, making you feel at ease leaving your child in great hands!

I noticed most of the reviews here are out dated. As of 2017/2018 our 2 year old son has been attending this location. There is a new director since May 2017. We are very happy with the care our son recieves here. The teachers are very attentive. Any concerns we have, big or small, they are quick to address and correct when necessary. It is never easy to leave your child at daycare (school) but I have peace of mind leaving him here. Many of the teachers have their own children attending as well, so you know they are in good hands if they trust their kiddos with the other teachers as well.
