What a great dealership I wish I would have found them many years ago. The customer service is just fantastic. Matt the Service Manager and Scott the New Car Sales Manager are both one of a kind. You could not ask for better people to work with.
I was in the dealership several times and I did not hear not one negative comment from any employee. They are more like family than a team.
After several visits I ended up purchasing a 2024 Jeep Gladiator at a great price and I love it.
I want to thank Matt and Scott for a truly great experience.

The body shop here along with the normal service department are second to none. We had a sunroof drain burst in our Jeep Grand Cherokee. Initially it was only going to be a fairly easy $600ish job. Cool, no problem at all, holler when it's done. They also provided a rental car, no questions asked. Well, that became a much more in-depth excursion that nobody was expecting. Long story short, it quickly became a $6k job due to the extend of water that seeped into the vehicle all the way down to the sheet metal. Holy crap! But, we were still only charged as initially quoted. Holy crap again! A few weeks later due to parts being delayed by Jeep, we get it back. A few days later, we see water inside again. Damn it. They took it right back in and knocked it out with no questions asked and It is ready to be picked up. They found the spot, which was a bad section of windshield sealing and replaced it. I will only allow this shop to touch this vehicle from now on. PERIOD.

I was gonna accident 2 weeks before Christmas and everything was going downhill it's like the insurance company wasn't any help, so it was bad. But once I talked to Will at the collision center, he was like the light at the end of the dark tunnel so helpful so caring when I felt like I needed someone on my side. Got a great truck. But it was on me to not check the paperwork. Two years ago they snuck some stuff in I’m paying for now. Buyer beware. When buying a vehicle double check. I know it’s on me, but it’s also on the salesman and business to do the right thing. They ruined car buying in Ohio for me. Disabled vet taken advantage of. Great truck though. To be honest. No issues mechanically. Thankful for that.
