I work out here regularly so my review is going to be a little bit biased. The staff here is awesome always very friendly. There seems to be always someone cleaning the equipment and mopping the floors. The place is very clean and they offer a lot of options to work out. I can truthfully say that I almost never wait for a machine. There are no ego lifters here - and is most certainly the equipment available to cater to your particular work outside. They do also offer nails, tanning, and Chiropractic Services here.
A very easy-going atmosphere and a fun place to work out.

The equipment is low graded. They don't have a stair stepper which I find really odd. The area itself is pretty small. The staff was nice and the gym is 24 hours. So it's got some ups and downs but definitely not a bad place to get a good pump in.

Nice people and good tanning beds. Clean enough. But if you have a job or a life do not buy a tanning package here. They are closed Sunday and most of Saturday. They close at 7 during the week but if you show up at 6:32 for a 15 minute session you will be turned away.

Not the prettiest place in the world but it’s a good place to pump some iron and that’s all that matters. The people at the desk are nice and they clean the place regularly. My only real complaint is that there’s only one squat rack and definitely enough space in there for at least one more.

A great gym that has everything you need to reach your fitness goals, best part is a month to month no contract basis. Polly keeps it simple and I love it. Highly recommend.

I worked out here regularly - there are no ego lifters here. The staff is fantastic they offer tanning, weight lifting, cardio, yoga, aerobics, nail salon, and Chiropractic services. Very very clean place to get your exercise on.
