They may or may not be good Dentist. Everyone will have their own opinion on this issue. However, they are horrible and pathetic business people. I received an invoice for $313.00 for
services performed 2 years ago, let me say that again, from 2 years ago!!!! Unfortunately, I come from the era that accepted ownership and responsibility for THEIR mistakes and ineptitide. When I called to try and understand how I was being invoiced for services from 2 years ago, I was told that my insurance didn't pay for the services and so I must now pay them. When I asked WHY it took them 2 YEARS to realize this, I got the now normal answer of I don't really now why it's taken 2 years to realize our mistake, but you are expected to pay. Sadly, since they have the power to damage my credit over this 2 year old bill of their cause I have paid it in full! So, I now plan to get my $313.00 back in telling my story across this wonderful thing called the internet. Even in today's "all about me and accepting no responsibility world" their should be ethics and professionalism!

Ok…I’m the WORST dental patient ever…always have been since my childhood dentist (wonderful family friend) who was a Marine before becoming a dentist but I was terrified of the shots (ouch!) and his “big” marine hands in my little girl mouth!!
Then….when I was pregnant LONG ago, I broke my arm and then broke three or four of my teeth just “eating” ! So…had to have multiple fillings and some crowns all with NO gas! The Dentist (different one this time) could not get some of my back teeth completely numb and I was a “mess”. Totally stressed. Avoided the dentist as much as possible!

No more! Dr. Brittany is wonderful!
No-pain shots and gentle small hands. Three crowns later and all is great.

The staff is also very friendly, calming, quick, pleasant and made sure I was comfortable throughout everything.

Love the massaging chairs. Helped me a LOT! Before I knew it, it was all over.

Already have my next checkup appointment scheduled.

All my dental procedures have been painless and I also get the pleasure of viewing my favorite TV shows (in my private room) while they are working on my teeth.

Such an amazing experience today on my first visit to New Hope Family Dentistry. Everyone was so nice and friendly. The office is so nice a clean and beautifully decorated. You can have massage and watch TV while getting your teeth cleaned. Best dentist experience I've ever had! Glad to have a dentist in my home town of such great quality.
