Dr. Merrill is the absolute BEST! He is kind gentle and very astute. He does an awesome job calming fears, he is nearly painless. He has both great people skills and great dental skills. My crown is perfect! Every dental hygienist I have had has been great.
The staff is awesome as well. I have been going there for several years and NO ONE has been anything but respectful, kind and helpful. I recommend New London Dental to everyone.

Dr. Merrill and his staff are Amazing. I had a crown and 2 fillings done. The latest techniques are used for nearly pain free results. I felt relaxed and safe. I felt confident in every one's abilities. All associates in the office spoke very highly of the Doctor and his abilities. They all loved their jobs and working for him. What a Wonderful experience in every way. If you are looking to give your self the gift of Living Better, make the change. Call and schedule for 2021. This will be a decision you won't regret. Where to start... going to the dentist is no fun and is on the least favorite things to do but this dentist office made it fun!!!! From the office staff, dentist hygienist to Dr. Merrill. When I called to make an appointment they were accommodating to our family of 6, they were able to make one appointment for all of us. This has been the best experience I have had when going to a dentist. Both hygienists were great with my kids made them feel comfortable and my girls said that they loved it. I absolutely would recommend this dentist to all my friends and family. We will be returning to this place!!

Dr. Merrill is absolutely amazing and his Staff is made up of some of the best hygienists in the area! From the second you walk in, you feel welcome. Everyone is so nice and helpful. Not only is Dr. Merrill very caring, but he is extremely knowledgeable. He will answer any question you have and help to keep you calm if you may be feeling uneasy. I cannot say enough great things about this dentistry business!

I have very high anxiety when going to the dentist, but Dr. Merrill and his staff were very calming and welcoming, explaining each step of the procedure and always asked how I was doing through the procedure. I sincerely appreciate the kindness, patience, and friendliness of this office.

Very Disrespectful staff
Iam new to the area and was looking for a dentist for an abscessed tooth. After much searching and reading the great reviews i decided to give Dr. Merrill a try. The website said that they offered 3 types of sedation.i particularly like iv sedation as i have had a lot of bad experiences in dentists chairs. The receptionist was very friendly and polite at first with such a wonderful phone voice.However when i told them my condition she informed me i would need an exam and cleaning first. Funny i have had many teeth pulled in my 58 years and it was never required to have a cleaning first... just another way to pull in more money from insurance companies. When i mentioned the iv sedation she told me they only offered oral sedation. WhenI told her the web page said they offered all 3 types. She argued with me until the point her nice phone voice changed dramatically and she became very rude .I ended up canceling and hung up on her when snapped and said in a very rude tone do you want the appointment or not? What a shame Iam sure Dr. Merrill is a very good dentist. Just needs better help.The end to this story is by the end of the day the webpage had changed to only mention oral sedation. No apologies or anything like that. Where is that friendly staff i heard so much about.
