I stopped in the laundry mat to wash large blankets and bedding. I didn't even have to make an effort to watch people behaving very sketchy. I washed my bedding as quickly as possible and got out of there. In a short time period I witnessed at least 4 obvious drug deals/money and drugs being exchanged right out in the open, including one in the front doorway with several cars driving by. The worst was after receiving the purchased drugs, one couple took an incredibly long time in locked in the restroom. Conversations overheard by the couple gave away the attempted sneaking to use the restroom facilities to inject whatever drug they had just purchased. The laundry mat had no attendant on the floor to monitor this type of activity. I had several quarters become stuck in a machine that didn't work properly, found an emergency phone number for problems and issues. Owner took at least 15 minutes from being called until he made it to the facility. Seemed unphazed to see several people just hanging out in the Landry, but no washers or dryers were being used except for the 2 I had filled. Seems to be a free safe haven for addicts and dealers to make sales/score drugs with very minimal worry as well as a free injection site as it's too unmonitored

They recently put in new washers and dryers which is always a plus. A couple of wheels on the laundry carts need replaced just so they move around more smoothly but other than that it's a nice little place.
