So I have read most of the reviews and it must be new people working for new reach because the lady that I have been in contact with is rude and not helpful. It takes a
Long time before someone contact you back after being told they would call you back. The services that they advertise on the website is not being offered. I was told to call 211. I called 211 and 211 referred me back to New Reach. Called New Reach again and now the lady said she can’t help me. I was just being railroaded.

I have been with New Reach for a year through their Rapid Rehousing Program. My case manager was Sue and let me tell you she was amazing! You can tell that she really cares for the people she works with and it shows. She was always there to answer and questions or concerns that I had and was very knowledgeable. If she didn't know she said that but she would find out and get back to me. I truly appreciate everything she and the program did for my family. Thank you New Reach for caring for our community ❤️ Thank you Sue for being who you are and the best of wishes to you and yours

A great asset to new haven ESPECIALLY PEER SUPPORT... THEY WILL HELP WOMEN WHO ARE ILL N HOMLESS OR IN DANGER OF BEING HOMELESS. THEY HELPED ME GET SSDI WHEN I WAS DENIED.. THE WOMAN WHO DOES THE SSI IS GREAT.. THE WORKER I FIRST HAD CAME TO SEE ME WKLY IR BIWKLY .. THEIR SHELTER FOR WOMAN IS LIKE A HOME AND U. CAN LOCK UR BELONGINGS N MEDS IN UR OWN LOCKER AT WOMAN SHELTER..
THE PLACE HAS FOOD HELP THE ALSO DO ALOT OF GOOD THING THEY HELP W VOUCHERS AND HAVE A FURN N DONATION CENTER.. PEER SUPPORT IS ALOT IF HELP THAT WOMAN MET ME IN A SNOW STORM HELPED ME GET APT THE DAY I HAD TO LEAVE WHERE I WAS IN EMERGNCY AND GOT ME A BLOWUP BED NEW SHEETS TOWELS DISHES SILVER WEAR ... SHAMPOO ALL OF IT AS HAD NOTHING.. I HAD TO SURVIVE 3DAYS W LOTS OF SNOW BUT I HAD ALL I NEEDED THANKS TO NEW REACH.. I M STILL SUPPOSED TO GET FURN. MY WRKER SAID SHED HELP BUT ITS I GUESS NOT HER FORTE SO THANK GOD FOR THE PEER SUPPORT AND THEIR MEETINGS... CEO IS A VERY NICE WOMAN AND I THINK THEY REALLY SOME OR MOST THERE REALLY DO CARE.. I GIVE THEM A+ AND THEYR NOT FOR PROFIT LIKE OTHER HOMLESS SHELTERS AND ORGS (BUINESSES) I WAS ROBBED OF A DIAMOND RING FROM 1ST PLACE N I THINK THE WRKERS DID IT. AS I NEVER SHOWED THAT RING BUT IN MY OURSE N THAT PLACE WOULD SEARCH UR BAGS EA X GOT IN YET I SAW MORE DRUGS THERE THAn street. That was the COMPETITION BUT THEY WERE A FIR PROFIT. YES PEOPLE AND CORP EXPLIOT HOMLESS AND SICK N SDISABLED FOR A PROFIT. NEW REACH IS NOT LIKE THAT NON PROFIT PART OF YALE N THEY ARE GREAT IN BRIDGPORT ALSO BUT NEED TO GET IN ALL OF CT. THEY 🪨 ROCK
