This place is horribly set up. The conditions are terrible! They do make things look good during inspections but the chiefs do not care for the kids’ feelings and safety at all. The directer does job very unprofessionally also. They tend to make the kids feel unwanted. The positive reviews are short because they are false. I really don’t recommend working here, they won’t even allow you to help the kids. This is from personal experience!!!

Avoid at all costs. They care more about money and how their numbers look rather than the kids health and or safety. Staff members are placed in toxic environments that are unsafe. And if you raise concerns they terminate you before you can voice any concerns. They don’t provide a lot of stuff they say they will.

Lived at the place 50 some yeas ago when it was named Woodmar Farm. Was an orphanage and home for troubled youth. I was removed from my parents house and placed there. It was a great place then and the best thing that could have happened to me. I hope it still as good now.!
