Next Level Sports Flag Football in Castro Valley is AMAZING! The location is great, parking, field & bleachers are all very nice. Staff has been amazing and the High School kids that coach our kiddos have been outstanding! Additionally, I love that they focus on sportsmanship and week over week improvements more than just winning.

Reached out to Next Level Sports for my son who really wanted to play flag football but I could not afford the program costs. They responded very quickly and actually allowed my child to join by providing a scholarship to him which made it more affordable for me! My son was very excited he got the opportunity to join and I cannot thank them enough for the hospitality! Great staff and hospitable program that is welcoming to all members of different communities without question!

Next level is the absolute best! They are the most well organized well run sports organization I have ever run across. I have had nothing but wonderful experiences with the process the coaches and my kids loving playing flag football. I seriously cannot say enough good things about next level!

Amazing program, great staff. Omar was very helpful and answered each and every question I had.
Both my kids were able to find programs with them. It has been a wonderful experience. I would highly recommend to everyone who has kids that want to play sports from K-8th.
Great program. My son is in K so I will stay with them for 8 more years.

Next Level Sports is an outstanding youth flag football league for K-8th graders! The organization is clean, professional, and well-run. The high school coaches do a fantastic job, providing a great player experience with top-notch uniforms and supportive coaching. Parents also enjoy an excellent fan experience watching the kids play. I forgot to order sweatshirts when I signed my kids up for the 2025 flag football season. I contacted customer service, and they were extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and followed up with the information I needed in a timely manner. The overall program is organized and provides great communication and it's nice to know that they provide amazing customer service as well.
