I’ve never in my life have experienced such kind people on floor 54/5500!! My grandmother was in there a couple weeks ago and I’m just now getting time to acknowledge the kind souls who have helped her through her tough time. The techs Amanda Young, Angelia Cross, & Lori Givens was absolutely incredible!! They all were kind and sweet and knew exactly how to help my bitter grandmother! She doesn’t like many people and can be a real pain in the butt. But, at the end of her stay. These three women was all she talked about! Thank y’all so much for being the absolute best at what yall do!!!

Andrea and Lexie on L&D were wonderful! I went in thinking I was having random sharp pain unrelated to labor (I honestly debated going in at all), but quickly found out our son was trying to make an early arrival. They were both so calm and explained everything well. The communication between them, on-call OB, and my OB seemed to happen quickly and efficiently. They were both so kind and I’m so thankful for both of them helping keep my mind at peace in such a scary time!

I was in 5407 and received the best care that I can ever recall in a hospital. The nursing staff, doctors, respiratory therapists, and care partners were exceptional! I will name a few who stood out, my "angel nurse" Juliane, CP Shayla, Dr. Henry, and everyone who went above & beyond! Pam, the charge nurse, was amazing in getting me out of there on the day of discharge. The meals from the cafeteria were very good, even delicious. Thanks to everyone, Dan Phillips

March 24th I was admitted released April. 2nd , I had a list of illnesses from the doctor to the whole entire staff. Even the kitchen I've been such sweet honeybees. They all deserve honeybee awards. Keep spreading that honey, I am praying and pleading. The blood of Jesus and speaking health over each and every one of you. From the doctor all the way to the kitchen, staff and cleaning staff. This hospital was truly amazing. I am grateful and thankful to have met so many wondeful people. What blessings🙌? You guys are to everyone. And thanks for all of what you've done to make my journey a little better..

Stephanie Holden & Hailey White are wonderful. They were so kind to my Dad and helpful. He didn’t have to call as he was regularly checked on. These ladies made my Mom comfortable in an environment she doesn’t like. Hope more folks going for outpatient surgery have a great experience and wonderful nurses. I could not be more please with the care I received while in the hospital for an outpatient surgical procedure. Michelle was my main nurse and she was AMAZING! She explained everything to the tee and made me and my daughter feel so comfortable. She was very sweet and so kind to us both. She's a NAMC gem for sure! Every person we came in contact with from the lady who checked us in, to every nurse, anesthesia crew and and Dr.Bailey I couldn't thank them enough for my wonderful experience!

The pre op went great. The pre op nurse, Vickie Black, made me feel welcome and comfortable. She was very professional and thorough during the interview process insuring that all the bases were covered. The tech did a great job drawing my blood and doing my EKG. The entire process was painless and seamless.

On Monday, March 10th I had my surgery and everything went off without a hitch. The hospital staff did a great job getting me prepped and in the post op room. My ENT, Dr Masterson and his staff did a great job, as did my antithesislougist and his staff. The operating room was incredible with all kinds of state of the art equipment. I would give the whole experience a 10 for very satisfied.

Unfortunately I am currently having a reaction to the anititesis which is not uncommon for me, it has occurred in other surgeries I have had. Every muscle in my body hurts when I move around. So long as I remain still I have no pain, but when I get up and move around the pain is close to a 10. It is very difficult to stand up and walk. My wife has a call to my doctor to see if I can get some relief.

Krystal was my nurse until she had to go home around 12. She was absolutely amazing!!!!! She was very compassionate, able to start my IV the first time and very easy to talk to. Dr Christian was very attentive, compassionate and didn't leave me waiting.
