I cannot review the entire NPRSA, as it encompasses many programs & facilities. I can say the large, all ages fenced park is amazing! There’s parking in the front. The fenced-in park has the rubber chips, toddler area, big kid area, sand box, basketballs & hoop, outdoor bathroom, skate park, paved areas for bikes, swings, tire swing, soccer field, picnic tables, and bbqs. We have done a successful birthday party here. My sisters children have done the camps, used the computer lab & library. The Staff are nice & very accommodating. It is super-quiet & never crowded. Bring snacks- this is an all day park. Bring bug spray- the mosquitoes are vicious!!!

This is actually a review for the GREAT park behind the facility building. Park up front and walk behind the building and there you find this gem of a kids park. Tons of play areas and toys, forts etc for the kids to go wild on

Although I may be biased, I went to elementary school here, this playground is amongst the nicest in the state, hands down!
Huge field to run around in, lots of equipment to swing, jump, fall from. And the pool next door?
The events inside are not very well attended, but they try and I appreciate them for that.
And the disc golf course is huge and super nice!

You would never expect to find such an amazing facility where this facility is. The pool, park, ice rink, gymnasium, multipurpose field and trails are all such a blessing to all who take advantage of them. If the facilities themselves weren't excellent enough add to them an incredible staff that puts on programs and events to draw out the community and meet needs in the community from chasing away winter blues to enjoying the summer as a family. Couldn't love this place more.

They have the best playground! It's so cute how the jungle gyms are Alaskan themed! My boys have a ball every time we come here! The playground is HUGE! There is also a skatepark/bmx area which is fun. It's well maintained and so FUN!

Went to this area today for the Fun in the Midnight Sun Festival. There looked like many interesting booths and food carts. Tried the Wok n' Roll food truck because my girlfriend is Filipino and wanted to try some of her cultural food. Smells amazing.

This time it was for the midterm primary election, but there's a lot of other things to do here. From the main building to the swimming pool and ice rink to the community playground and skate park to the trails 18 hole disc golf course to the multipurpose fields and overnight camping.
