Mrs.Felicia is very professional, she’s all about positivity, and she’s one of the most influential ladies I’ve ever met. Mrs. Felicia is very detailed when it comes to teaching her students and it’s very rare to find an instructor who takes their time to make sure you have all the required information. Y’all know the saying “No child left behind” well guess what ? You’re most definitely not getting left behind in that class because if the entire class doesn’t have the information she’s going to keep teaching until everyone does. Literally felt like I was in the room with nothing but family. Definitely Recommended !! She’s The BEST Real Estate Instructor I Know !!
