The program is very good for the 2.5 weeks duration. I was able to catch on to all of the skills and our instructor Victoria is the best. She is very knowledgeable and she made sure to give us all the advice and pointers for us to go into our exams with confidence. I was attended classes at the Middlebury location. The facility was clean and equipped with all training materials. The administrative staff was great too especially Mary-Ann who communicated greatly with us if we had questions. The owner Dan was also very welcoming and he gave us great pointers also.

Miss Nellie, Woodbridge location! It was the two week Phlebotomy course and it was intense but Nellie helped up throughout the entire process. I have learned a lot, not just how to draw but the safety and compliance behind why we do what we do. Passed my NHA exam first try! Absolutely love it here!

I was at East Hartford location and I had the pleasure of taking Nellie’s course on Phlebotomy, and I can confidently say that she is one of the best instructors I have ever had. Nellie is a brilliant and dedicated instructor who goes above and beyond to ensure we succeed and pass our exams. Her deep explanations during the physical practice classes are invaluable.
Nellie creates an environment where questions are welcomed, and different perspectives are valued. She has a great rapport with her students and is always available to answer questions, provide additional support, and offer guidance. She effortlessly explains complex concepts in a way that is easy to understand and engaging.

I just finished my evening CNA course, loved it! The instructors I had, Stephanie and Jenny, were both amazing and very helpful. They are great teachers and very patient! Definitely recommend this course (and instructors) to others hoping to get their CNA license in a timely fashion.
