I'm a graduate of the Massage Therapy Program. First of all I'd like to thank all the stuff and facilitators at Northwest College for helping me complete my education and prepare me for the feel the massage therapy. I am so grateful for my teacher Mr Tim for always motivating me and challenging me when it came to my practicals and my studies. The curriculum was outstanding and help me anatomy and all of the muscles in the body which was a big challenge for me. I enjoyed how we devoted a lot of our time in lab which was really important and helped me in my confidence when it came to working on clients. Especially on Thursdays when we'd have actual clients come in to work on. I appreciate you Mr Tim thank you for everything. I recommend this program and this college to everyone who has been searching for school like I once was. I also recommend coming down and taking a tour and speaking to Mr Tim and a representative will gladly break down the program and answer any of your questions just as I did for me. Thank you Northwest college for everything.

North West is so disorganized, I understand that they have a lot on their hands with students coming and going or whatever since it’s a school. But my experience with them has been very bad. Lack of support and information given to you. Little information they don’t keep up with you or let you know what’s the next move or what’s going on. They lost my paperwork and thank god I took as much photos so I don’t have to start over with anything. It’s been 3 months, I’ve been waiting for them to submit whatever they said they need to do and they still call me asking for information that I turned in with them 3 months ago. I have no idea what they’re doing what’s going on with the whole switching the staff or telling me someone is going to call and no one calls. I’m on top of my stuff and I expect them to be the same since I am a paying student. I should’ve done more research on this school before I had to sign my life away and pay so much money for a school that I will regret in my future life which SUCKS! I expected more since this is an accredited college..please check out reviews and more information about this place before you decide to come here.. and don’t be fooled the way I was. I was asking this school questions before I made up my mind to go here, and they hit you with paper work to sign and all in a hurry to do so and then you have to pay right away is like they don’t even give you time to decide if you should go to this school, they don’t care about you this school is really money hungry and I wish I could go back and block there incoming calls the first moment I spoke to one of them and I told them I needed time to think, they will spam you with calls! I’m pretty sure other students had a great experience, it just sucks I didn’t get to write a better review I didn’t even attend to the graduation ceremony that’s how disappointed I was with this school ashamed to even represent! They won’t even let me get my diploma or my work license until I pay them off, what the heck is that supposed to mean?!

My experience with Northwest College has been incredibly disappointing. The communication from staff is poor at best, and the lack of genuine support for students is frustrating. It often feels like the institution is more focused on making money than truly helping students succeed.

One of the most frustrating aspects is their tendency to take credit for students’ achievements or job placements, even when they had no involvement. It’s disheartening to see an institution claim they helped you when, in reality, they provided little to no assistance in that regard.

As a student, you expect guidance, resources, and encouragement, but unfortunately, Northwest College seems more concerned with profits than fostering a supportive learning environment. I wouldn’t recommend this school to anyone looking for an institution that genuinely prioritizes its students.

I am a turning student who just completed her LVN and in 2019 I completed my medical assistant program. Unfortunately I don’t have positive things to say about my LVN program. The many teachers we had and the nursing coordinator were never prepared, or organized, our clinical sites weren’t great teaching opportunities. Many of us student voiced are concerns and complained none of us felt heard here and it was disappointing when all this money is being invested.
The one positive thing I can say is Aldwin the campus director is great. I’ve known him since I was a student here and became a student worker and anytime he saw me on campus he kindly approached me to check in and do check in with all the students.

My overall experience with the school has been nothing but positive. Everyone has been nothing but open and welcoming with open arms. My program helped me learn so much and my professors have been the best help I could ever ask for.

As someone who passed by the school constantly just wondering how it’s like and what it’s about, I was utterly disappointed by how the school handled so many things. Also I just finished the 8 month medical billing/ insurance/ coding course and I still feel grief from this school. I had signed up around summer, started classes in the fall, and gosh the front office assistants wouldn’t give me all my books. So I legit started class without several of my books and got behind in learning and homework. Not to mention later on in the modules the books I was handed were outdated and I had to get yet another set of books and got behind in my studies AGAIN. The MBIC morning class teacher seemed nice yet strict, but then she got terribly mad at me one day and made me had a mental breakdown. NOW WHY would a teacher be so mean to berate me in class and make me suffer till the end of my course. Of course it was reported to the deans which were barely any help besides excusing me for the day because I was crying and feeling horrible that day. There were several issues at the school honestly but maybe it’s all the staffs fault and maybe they can treat people better. BUT there were also software issues, email issues, in person school attendance issues, the rules, actually yeah there's a bunch of issues. Maybe another campus is better if anyone chooses to attend there. The only redeeming thing this school is giving me right now is that there helping me find a job, BUT I haven’t got one since July and its currently October. SO GOOD LUCK TO ANYONE WHO ATTENDS HERE ! also they don't call me by my pronouns or preferred name. kinda rude. MEDICAL BILLING AND CODING NO BUENO !

I was a part of the massage program at this school and everything was easy to understand. The payment options offered to me were affordable. The staff were always nice to me and helpful.
