I don’t know why the evaluation for Nova on google map is not great-they deserve 5 stars! Laura is so helpful and warm-hearted. Paige is so patient and so friendly too. And other teachers there I met, everyone shows great love to kids. I am so thankful that they accept my baby for short-term care. I just want to say thanks to everyone in the Nova !!!

Love Nova! My daughter went there from 4 months until she was 13 months. The only reason we left is because we moved out of state, otherwise she would still be going there. The staff is friendly and I never worried while my daughter was there. They communicated wonderfully and put me at ease as a new mother. Would definitely recommend.

If I could rate this daycare a 0 I would. This daycare by far the worst daycare I have EVER experienced in my life, the unprofessionalism is mind blowing . The owner of the daycare decided to come to me and tell me my 1 year old son has hearing loss and developmental disabilities bc he dosnt do what she says HES 1 ! and I quote " it pisses me off when he dosnt listen to what I say" . Then my sons father turned in our 2 weeks notice to transfer daycares and she decided to tell him she has a problem with me . An when I called her and asked her if she had an issue with me I wasnt aware of she said her peice then hung up on me shes a drunk and from the sounds and looks of it a drug user . I WOULD NOT EVER GO TO THIS DAYCARE ! !
