We were so lucky to have Liz support our family during the first two months of our first child's life.  Being first time parents comes with all the worries and questions in the world, all on top of being physically and mentally exhausted - Liz helped with all of that.

She lovingly took care of our little one during the night - provided updates as well as tips to navigate our baby's ever changing needs.  There is a lot that goes on during those first two months after birth - having Liz available to guide us, answer our questions and provide resources was extraordinarily helpful. Some examples include how to hold our baby when she’s fussy and how to navigate active sleeping.  We felt beyond prepared, especially compared to those around us that didn't have a Liz 🙂

Lizeth was a lifesaver for us, she took the overnight shifts with our newborn daughter. She is dependable, flexible and knowledgeable. She provided support for both me and baby and helped answer all our postpartum new parent questions, everything from breastfeeding, swaddling, sleep training and so much more! She was great with our daughter and we felt so comfortable leaving her in Lizeth’s hands so we could get some much needed rest those first weeks.

Liz is such a pro! For our second child, she was our overnight doula during the immediate postpartum period, and easily saved us over 100 hours of sleep. When she arrived each night, she was invariably able to soothe our baby while also entertaining our toddler – buying us some much needed time to wind down before bedtime. She even meal prepped for us while we slept! After four weeks of overnights, she provided two weeks of daytime doula services to help us transition into a sustainable routine. We trust Liz wholeheartedly with our children, and can’t recommend her enough!

We needed to swap post partum doulas last minute due to our own scheduling issues (unrelated to Lizeth) and Lizeth was very kind and professional in working us through the situation amid our own sleep deprived panic with an infant at home. Lizeth made sure to get us in touch with several highly recommended colleagues on short notice to get us situated quickly. She was incredibly kind and understanding to our situation.

Unfortunately she was unavailable during the timeframe we needed, but she found doulas who were a great fit for our family and we couldn’t be happier.
