Zero stars if that was possible.

Cashier said I can't take the shopping cart out to the parking lot?

So we are suppose to carry all our purchases by hand?

Employees too lazy to collect carts in the parking lot?

Minimum wage, minimum effort?

I guess if you are gonna buy a large item be ready to hand carry it to your car since taking shopping carts out of the store isn't allowed.

A local business owner visited the store to purchase DYMO labels, as it is the only store that offers a variety. On March 6th, the manager, Mike Lee, displayed unprofessional behavior by being rude, yelling, and exhibiting discriminatory actions towards me. Such management practices hinder the growth of companies.

I used the curbside pick up option for the first time and had a really great experience. An associate from the store called me when my order was ready and I drove up right in front of the store and an associate loaded my items directly into my car for me. I had ordered two office chairs and there was also an option to have the chairs pre assembled at the store, which I really appreciated. I thought it was well worth the additional cost, and I like that the store associate loaded my car for me as the chairs were somewhat heavy. I got the chairs on sale and got a great price, I am very happy with my purchase.

Team there did an amazing job given my short timeframe and requests. Rosie the manager was amazing and handled the small concern I had in an extremely professional manner! Definitely coming here instead of FedEx center I used to go to. Staff was great, especially Vanessa!
