OG Yoga is a great new studio in Old Greenwich! Recently stopped in to try a class and the instructor was great. Studio vibes were awesome. Also got the chance to meet the owner Liz. She is fantastic. Can't wait to come back!

OG Yoga is a great addition to this town. The studio is absolutely gorgeous and has such a relaxing feel. I’ve taken multiple classes already and all of the instructors have been fantastic. You cannot go wrong with any of them! Lots of different styles to try and the website is super easy to navigate to sign up for classes which is always appreciated!

OG Yoga is an amazing new addition to Old Greenwich! The studio is incredibly peaceful (not to mention gorgeous and clean) and the instructors that I’ve taken so far are wonderful. I’m so excited to keep taking classes!

Attended opening weekend of the studio and was absolutely blown away. Had the opportunity to meet the owner, Liz, and experience all of her hard work and visions for her new studio come to life! If you’re looking for a sanctuary in OG and a community to be a part of then this is the one.
