The most disgusting example of " Hero" i have EVER encountered! The old man who very rudely came to my door , did he ask me if i was o.k and my family o.k no instead very sarcasticaly and rudely askes " take another hot bath again" , " its very agrivating to have to get up at 3 am if we are calked again here we are charging you" , YES HE LITTERALLY SAID THAT TO ME!!! The old man whom i assume is in charge actually told me that DOING HIS JOB was aggrivating to him, whether false alarm 1 or 5 to say that to a women alone at 3 am woken up by pounding door is so uncalled for. I get the knee stance now and will do so , you have ruined my perspective of what a fireman is forever. Ive given donations yearly for over 20 years even when i had no food to go on my table i gave thats how much i USED to care, dont even stop next year for one it will not be here for you ever again.so old man thank you hero you are not! STEPHANI WOODALL you do know people have no choice if an alarm company decides to call you RIGHT! Disgusting and should be fired and i will repeat this everywhere i can! MERRY CHRISTMAS SORRY I WAS NOT BURNED DEAD TO A CRISP TO SATISFY YOU GETTING UP AT 3 Am!!!
