every time you try to call even if it’s for an appointment they put you on hold or offer a call back and estimated time will say 30 mins then 2 hours later still waiting then once they finally do call back on hold for another hour nothing is done in a timely manner and some people don’t have 3+ hours to spend waiting on hold.

In 2009, I found myself on my mothers couch, single mom, with nothing—in recovery from a local, prevalent epidemic.
I went in, when they could still see people in-person, and the case manager Cinnamon Wellington heard me out on what I needed, and was thorough in going through the programs I was eligible for. I’m grateful for the services they provide and it enabled me to get a leg up to where I don’t need those services anymore. Grateful for ODJFS and for the workers who are often understaffed, overworked and underpaid.

This app does not work I have been trying for over two hours just to make a account and every time I try to submit my application it says it's wrong. It makes no since. So how am I to make a account and get help if I can't even have them help me at the main office when I tell them that I am having problems they turn me away.

They are garbage. Why have a phone number if the automated answering machine puts you on hold and keeps you there for a half hour 45 minutes and more. They never answer.
