Every aspect of the visit really keeps you at ease and comfortable. From getting in , to register , easy to get to wherever you need to get to while inside , all facilities are very clean , friendliness and hospitality of all employees , and the care received while there . Really brings a sense of faith to whatever you may be taking on in life .

Once again, as I said last time, this is one of the nicest infusion centers at OSU. So clean and everyone is happy and caring. The infusion always starts on time and the staff makes you feel comfortable. The facility is so clean with lots of sunshine, enhancing the comfortable experience. The nurse explained every step of the infusion procedure. I was calm throughout because of their caring actions. I strongly recommend this facility.

Dr. Schamess is an incredible doctor. He is incredibly knowledgeable and truly cares about his patients. He tries to get to the bottom of your issues and works with other doctors to try to help you. He takes time to listen to you and asks questions. Absolutely one of the best doctors I have ever seen.

They treat you like Royalty. Always asking if you’re comfortable or need anything. Their number one concern is for your comfort and they will go to Great Lakes to make sure you are informed about the whole procedure. I would highly recommend

I have an infusion treatment at least once a month and each time I go it is a good experience. I appreciate the professionalism the patience and the kindness of the registration staff and especially the nursing staff who administer my treatment. They literally take good care of me while I am there. I they do a great job in making my visit a pleasant one. Thank you!
