Building is closed due to maintenance issues. No phone call to reschedule appointments and building won't be open for at least a week. Really upset that they are allowing their website to make appointments if they are unable to complete them.

Scheduled an appointment for TSA pre check on Monday January 17th. I drove an hour to get here to look on the door and see a small sign that says “we’re closed for the holiday”. But don’t worry, they sent me a cancellation email 15 minutes before my appointment time. Absolutely unprofessional. Why let someone schedule an appointment for a day you know you’re going to be closed? Terrible lack of communication. I could have made double time at work today but decided to take the day off to come to this appointment. Now I’m missing out on good money for absolutely no reason. Completely ridiculous

Lots of free food offered here. You can only go once a month with emergency food offered if you have no food at home. Friendly nice people with some great food if you are low on funds! Bring your own shopping bags!

Presiden n CEO ngrant is a darling yet sum staff are power tripping using psyche 101 to instigate situations upon emotionally n mentally challenged persons seeking help fromda love of god whom put these persons in authority to help not hinder these unfortunates of which i am one yet fortunate enuff to be keep my mouth shut when prompted n not feed into their childish antics by showing any resistance so as to have one barred from facility or even arrested n these are folks hired to help ex offenders, yet being an old hand n able to see ladder climbing, power seeking persons for whom they are i keep mouth shut and step on cuz im looking for help in staying outta prison not for setups to return there. And i mention no names yet was asked for my opinion n truth dont lie nor do i bear false witness against any ---justda facts ma'am justda facts n fact is its always best to roll w Love (Jehovah God). As with rhe garden we hava choice, tree of life or tree of good n evil two different father's n some relish upon (john :8:44) whereas my Father is Jehovah God almighty n as such i bless yu all in Jesus'name

We were here for the food Bank. You have to live in the New London area . You also have to sign up for it when you get here the first time. You will need your ID when you show up for the first time.

Wonderful place to get more education. As a CNA student, I take advantage of all that they have to offer, which is a lot. I suggest checking out the many great programs that they have. What a wonderful place with wonderful people that truly and genuinely want to help you!
