OLM is a hidden gem, a rare find in the area with its unique quality that are almost impossible to replicate. My kid is having a great time here and has been showing tremendous growth that exceeds our expectation.

OLM is essentially the family based care opened by the director and the teacher formerly in All Are Friends (AAF), who has been forced out in its unfortunate and unsuccessful turnaround last year. This means OLM has a teacher/student ratio of 1:6, where both of the teachers are Montessori certified - a bar almost unattainable in almost all schools that I know. Ms Rita and Ms Chapna are very experienced and capable teachers, and they are with the kids everyday, know every single one of them so well, and love them to an extent that influences even the parents to actively contribute to the community.

If you think teachers are the most important aspect of a school like I do, this is the right place for you.

Both of my children had Ms. Rita and Ms. Chapna as teachers and loved them! They are nurturing, patient, consistent and knowledgeable about early childhood development/education. OLM is a great school to nurture each child's individual personality and needs.
