I have now had 2 cervical fusions through OrthoNeuro. The first was done by Dr. White in 2006. Dr. White retired the first of this year (2025), so he handed me over to Dr.
Ganguly for my second cervical fusion. Of course I was a little concerned about having a different surgeon do my surgery, especially since Dr. White did such a great job the first time. Eventhough Dr. Ganguly looks incredibly youthful, he is a skilled, knowledgeable surgeon. He did a great job on my neck. A second surgery in the same location is much more complicated, and painful, due to all the scar tissue from the first surgery. My pain was minimal compared to what I was expecting. I felt relief in both arms immediately after surgery. Dr. Ganguly and his entire staff have made the entire surgical process easier. They answered any questions or concerns and offered any assistance I could need. I would definitely recommend OrthoNeuro, and Dr. Ganguly, to anyone in need of their services. I couldn't have hoped for better care than what I have received through them.

I was seen quickly. Staff was very friendly, professional, helpful, walked me thru exactly what steps would be taken before and after surgery. Dr Smith was great and although he was the bearer of bad news as I wasn't expecting a surgical diagnosis I found him to be compassionate and knowledgeable.

I highly recommend OrthoNeuro. I saw Dr Cassandra at the Grove City location. From the front desk staff to Dr Cassandra himself, the entire experience was flawless. I was asked several times if I had any questions about my care and surgical plan while there and encouraged to call with any questions as needed. I will definitely be returning in the future if needed. Thank you to all the staff and Dr Cassandra.

I feel fortunate to have Dr Cassandra as my ortho-neuro hand doctor. He’s addressed my hand issues for around five years and most recently, he did surgery on my left wrist/hand. My thumb and wrist pain is gone and I can do daily tasks again. I appreciate Dr Cassandra and his entire staff.

Was a first visit. On time, staff was great, I was fearful of the diagnosis and the thought of surgery. He took time to listen to me and answered all my concerns. I felt he went the extra mile to make sure things go smoothly if surgery is needed. I feel more knowledgeable about what happened to my foot with the diagnosis information to review.
