This place is very slow I waited over 4hrs to get drug test the lady at the front desk was helpful but they either need more people working here or the employer’s shouldn’t sent anybody else here

Although extremely slow the lady in the front with braids and Alicia in the back were helpful an pleasant to deal with. The others could use more training.

Went for a pre-employment drug test. Waited almost two hours and were only three other people waiting when I arrived. The lady overseeing the tests was very rude! Maybe she was having a bad day or it was something outside, but no reason to be that way towards others trying to get in and out quickly.

CareOnSite for random alcohol test. New place much better than the old office on Pacific Ave in Long Beach. More parking and work areas for the nurses. In -and-out in 30 mins after coming in at 6:40 am. Randoms can be done 24 hrs while physicals still starts at 7 am.

They started taking trainings classes without making necessary food, lunch-room and beverage arrangement. Their wending machines are always empty!

Hope they get over this soon. Otherwise, much better location compared to Carson.

Very slow and unprofessional they had no idea what needed to be done I had to back track since they forgot to test one thing or another everyone’s on there phone watching Tik tok and they mix my paper work I waisted 5 hours here

Came in at 6:45 am for a Fit test (only) after 5 hours I was still in the building.. when I asked the gentleman in the front just said... (sir just wait, we are understaffed and only have 1 person doing the fit test) I was the 3rd on in line.... very unprofessional place.
