The outpatient care in 5th floor has an excellent healthy lunch menu of salads and wraps plus soups. Reasonable price and friendly staff. A plus for the patients and staff!

Uconn Outpatient Pavilion is a well designed location for easy access to multiple doctors and medical services like a lab for blood draws. There is a connected inside bridge from a parking garage to two buildings so you don't need to go outside in inclement weather. The parking garage can get a little hectic and full at busy times however I have always found a place to park. Highly recommend for services.

My mom is here for surgery. She checked in...the receptionist crossed her name off, but never finished the check in. We've been sitting here for a half hour. My mom went to speak to the receptionist about how long of a wait and the lady bit her head off. She never told me mom to stand there when we initially got there. She was extremely rude and when my mom told her she never said anything to her...she was combative. That lady needs some training in patient relations.

And now that she got called in...they're loudly making fun of her. This is really disgusting and unprofessional.

Absolutely so unprofessional!!! Floor 8 radiology!! My fiancé and I were told to be at the appointment early or the appointment will be canceled (showed up 10:15 for 10:30 appointment) we have been waiting for over a hour!! Absolutely ridiculous don’t ever recommend being seen here!!

Not too sure what was wrong with one of the check in/ check out assistants, she was very rude. I came out after my routine 4 week visit to check out and no one bothered to attend to me or ask if I needed any assistance. Which I did, I was asked to wait at the front to schedule my next set of 4 week appointments. I noticed the energy in the room was off with the other 2 who were free at the time. I simply left and decided I’ll call in instead of having to deal with that type of attitude.
