As an athlete, Overdrive Elite has helped me become better everyday. The trainers focus on the little things, when it comes to speed and strength. As a baseball player, I came in hoping to improve my 60-yard dash, my hitting and arm strength too. I have been working with Overdrive for almost a year now, and I have seen improvements. I went from a 7.4 runner to a 7-6.9 runner. My exit velocity in hitting went from 75 mph to 85-87 mph. As for my arm strength, I would throw in the high 70s. Carrington is by far the best all around coach I have ever worked with. I had problems with losing some mid-section weight after my diets. After his 8 week challenge sessions. I had seen results like never before. His methods are definitely unique and still fun at the same time. I highly advise going in his group sessions to have others push you to your goals. Playing in the NFL you need to gain an edge on your competitors and Overdrive Elite performance systems has definitely helped me gain that edge. I play for the Philadelphia Eagles and a lot of players always ask me where I train at and this is the place! Everything that we do at overdrive translates directly to the football field! I am a baseball player at King School and have been training with Overdrive for a few months now and the hard work has paid off. My numbers have shown signifigant improvements in the 60 yard dash, exit velocities and throwing velocities. 60 yard dash was a 7.5 before training anf it dropped to a 6.9. Exit velocity has gone up from 82mph to 89mph and throwing velo has gone from 81mph to 87mph. Both trainers really push to the clients limits and everyone who comes in walks out feeling great. Highly recomend coming here. Overdrive trains the right way.

I have been training with OD for the past 6 months and my 40 and 5-10-5 have dropped half a second. My bench press and squat along with other lifts have increase dramatically. The trainers here know what they are doing and how to make you perform your best on the field.
