I had a very positive experience taking Ethical Hacking. The material was very good and although I did have to use some of the supplemental course material and do some side research (best way to really learn in my opinion anyways) I found that the method that Patrick's Academy presented the material and the methods for study and retention far outstripped anything else I used.
Darlene was very supportive throughout the entire process. As I was taking an independent on-line course, that made a big difference.

This review is for the Meriden location, were I took CompTIA A+. They provided great reading material, the videos were insightful but some of the instructors were boring so it was hard to keep focus, I also used outside sources, but the reading information they provided was key. When I signed up for the program I was told by Darlene Theodore I would be helped with finding a job I send her my resume and never heard from her again.

What a great experience with Patrick's Academy.. my favorite part was when I had a question or concern, it was handled thoroughly and to my liking. But the help from Darlene was just through the roof.. absolutely amazing.

Also, the testing center is very clean and comfortable. The equipment they have is in great condition and everyone I spoke to that is associated with Patrick's Academy was polite and encouraging!

Studying for the CompTIA ITF at Patrick's Academy was one of the best decisions I have made! The staff is available and ready to assist with any questions. In addition to regular check-ins from the director, I received weekly emails from student support.
