My septic system leach field lift station pump went out & I emailed them in the middle of the night & they emailed me back only a little over an hour later & came out the next morning, on a Sunday, during a winter storm, to repair it. And their technician was extremely friendly & their prices were very reasonable. Just superb customer service.

I highly recommend Pattison. I was connected to them via Jack’s Septic and the transfer was seamless. I had an aerator pump die and had contacted another company who took my old pump and proceeded to ghost me- for over a month. I reached out to Jack’s who connected me to Pattison, and within 24 hours I had a new pump and controller with great service. I’ll be recommending them to friends and neighbors in the future.

Jack's installed our jet aeration system and serviced it, but we had ongoing issues. Jack's later sold the service side of their business to Pattison and that's how we ended up dealing with Pattison. Pattison came out on time and discovered what the issue was and corrected it. We haven't had any problems since. We later sold the property and provided Pattison's info to the new owners because they really know their stuff.
