There's some cool things going on with the mirrors at PM. The photos are of the exterior only. The students are really nice and they give haircuts for all here.

I had a good experience, and I will come back.
I was a little nervous about getting my hair colored after reading some online reviews, but I'm glad I took the chance!

The color and haircut turned out beautifully, and I'm absolutely thrilled with the results.
I knew it would take a bit longer since it's a school, so I planned for about 4 hours and it was definitely worth the wait (I have thick medium length hair)
Tip: Wear an old T-shirt in case of color drips 😁

I am contacting the Paul Mitchell customer service team to provide yet another negative review. I scheduled an appointment over a month in advance, received a confirmation phone call the day before the appointment, and then another call afterwards canceling the appointment. I was told that the student was sick and would not be in to do my hair. I asked if another student was available because I took the day off to have my hair done. They then said yes another student would be able to do my hair. I was halfway to my appointment,( which is approximately 25 miles away), when I received another phone call stating that the person that was going to do my hair suddenly got sick during her lunch break. At this time, I simply requested a refund for the membership that was just renewed.

This has occurred multiple times and each time they offer a free service that I can never use because it is so rare to make appointments due to low availability and cancellations.

I would never recommend going to this location due to the unprofessionalism, lack of concern for customer’s time, and poor quality of service.

I am also contacting your corporate offices, the Better Business Bureau, posting this review on Yelp and Google.

I will not attempt to use your services again in the future.

I had an incredibly frustrating experience here. The communication is absolutely terrible. The people at the front desk are some of the most incompetent individuals I’ve ever encountered – I honestly don’t know how they got hired to work there. Everything was made so much more complicated than it needed to be, and the whole process felt unintelligent and poorly handled. It was a complete headache from start to finish. I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for a smooth or professional experience.

TL;DR: Great price, good service, looong time in a chair
This place is great, I’ve been here a couple of times now. The prices are really good, but you should expect to be here for a while. The students do their jobs to the best of their abilities (sometimes that means taking their time) and the instructors are thorough in their coaching and corrections. The students are also pretty sweet and fun to talk to, the instructor Ricky who saw me was good spirited and nice. Although the experience was very long, I didn’t mind and I quite enjoyed it.

Don't waste your time like I did! Scheduled an appointment several days in advance, arrived early, checked in and then waited. Ten minutes after my appointment, I go to the front desk to ask when I'll get in only to learn they don't know where the student, scheduled to cut my hair, is. They ask if I can reschedule, "No." When, after another pass looking for the student, comes up empty, I left.

I wasted approximately an hour, plus fuel, to get there, and a lot of aggravation.

This wasn't even a lack of professionalism, but a lack of basic respect. I did not feel like it mattered one bit that I had spent time getting there (and had the courtesy to arrive ahead of my scheduled time).

Don't waste your time. I know I never will again.
