If I could give 10 stars I would !! I purchased the plier set and weld vision pro from Lyndi and they are amazing products ! And the customer service is unmatched, my grounded pliers broke at an event (my fault) and I sent them back to her to fix for me and she sent me my original ones fixed AND another set. I had ordered pliers, for my new business. I was contacted to clarify my order, as I had ordered two incorrect pliers. The order was adjusted, and my credit card was adjusted to the lower amount. I had not received my shipment, so I emailed. It was found it was lost in transit. This shop went above and beyond and two day delivery a new shipment so I would have the product for my scheduled event. Customer service is exceptional!!

If you’re wondering if you should get training before diving into the permanent jewelry world, the answer is ABSOLUTELY… but only if you’re going to train with Lyndi and her husband. I can’t imagine not having the information and succeeding. The amount of knowledge that they have and share, is worth every single penny. Plus, I can’t even tell you how many times I have reached out because I had an issue and their response time is unmatched.. even in different time zones. I’m super thankful that I was able to join the Permanent Jewelry Bestie Academy, and I can’t explain how valuable it is. Honestly, just having Lyndi in your corner is awesome! She never makes you feel dumb or crazy, and has always had an answer for me!

Absolutely incredible. I started my pmj business originally with another online training course and was highly disappointed. I was still confused on so many things, and felt as though it was bare minimum. Then I found the permanent jewelry bestie training course and from the very start, fell in love immediately. Lyndi and her hubby are full of knowledge when it comes to welding and permanent jewelry. I was learning from experts! I'm someone who has to know the why behind what I'm doing - how does that work and why does it work that way - which Lyndi covered in great detail. The detail, dedication, and time she takes to teach you is truly unmatched. I personally really loved how when she is showing you how to properly close and weld a jump rings, it's ultra zoomed in so you can clearly see what is going on. Her craft is phenomenal, and her personality really comes through in the videos which I feel is important because I felt as if I was getting 1:1 training. It's genuine, it's honest, it's informative, it's in depth, and it's the best training course on the market. My pmj business was 2 months old when I took the permanent jewelry bestie course and I have so much more confidence now after taking the course. My welds are phenomenal thanks to the education and support I received from Lyndi. I also love that she goes into the back-end business tips and tricks to run and legitimate and legal business. She teaches you how to shop wholesale so that you truly get the best deals from honest and reputable suppliers. She also goes over marketing and social media which is so important! Seriously this is the only permanent jewelry training course I would recommend everyone take if you're looking into starting your pmj business.
