There crooks! They allow a Magistrate to do what he wants while being Biased and then allows him to get away with sending a $10,000 bill all at once when he had plenty of years to put child support into action. So the child support could have been paid on for years instead of getting a huge bill like that! But then the magistrate has the audacity to say we should have been paying it all along. As child support said how do you pay child support when there is no order? How do you know what to pay? And if you pay the person with the child it's just a gift none of it counts towards your child support. So if this isn't biased or done on purpose then someone please enlighten me on as to what, the purpose was to wait years before slapping a over $10,000 bill on two parents at once. Mind you the child belongs to both the mother and because the father's mother decided to steal the child, she's entitled to child support. And while I agree yes she is entitled to some child support she most certainly isn't entitled to what the bill is for. In my I add that there are several things on the child support order that is being made to be paid for like Child Care $150 a month that the child is no longer in as well as health insurance. But since this order she no longer works and has insurance so how is the child being covered? It's either with a medical card and or by her husband's insurance to which he is not part of the case never has been so they can't even take that into consideration. But you bet your butt if it goes to court they will say because the grandfather that's not even allowed alone with a child because of his nasty record, the magistrate will say he carries the insurance so the parents are obligated to still pay it but for years it's been said that he's not part of the case so nothing could be brought up about him!! Oh and my I mention that the one party pays way less for two children in Morgan County than for the one child in Perry County!!!! Tell me this isn't wrong?

I get charged for THEM overcharging my ex-husband and giving me money... they messed up...I didn't...why do I HAVE to pay a processing charge...do it right the first time! They make the rules, they know when to end his support...not me...they are giving me the payments...WHY am I then charged?! I have no problem paying the overpayment back but the processing charges...they should eat it!!! ....come on now!!! And, because it went through court system I have to pay the clerk of courts too!!! WTH!!! Glad I am done with this system! Yeah, call them and get it straightened out? Yeah...no way to get through to anyone!

Not posting a negative review because I myself pay child support. I have a adopted son and his father whom he never sees or wants much anything to do with him don't have to pay anything not has he for 9 years. I see my children and have forever. When they was hunting me down to serve me my papers they done it at one of there ball games. But that guy they can't find. We have given all his info and addresses for home and work. Still can't seem to serve him even after 9 years. Someone like that they don't seem to worry about but boy I see all my kids and am involved and they hunted me down like I was a fugitive. That's Perry County for ya! Also had a court date. Called the day before to make sure my fiance had to be there for the hearing. The next day we got up early and had to make arrangements for a car at the time. Got there and he never got served and they couldn't even call to say the case was canceled. Advice to anyone is NOT to live in this country and heave to deal with the justice system or child services. Total joke.

Not once have I got a person to answer the phone in 18 years of dealing with them, not sure what our tax dollars are paying them for? You don't take payments at this worthless location, I've been told you don't know where a payment is or why it wasn't taken out because you don't do that. When you do call back (sometimes it's 10 minutes and sometimes it's 3 days) you're extremely rude with an attitude, I'm guessing because you have to pretend to do your job for those 10 minutes. I've even seen instances where you tried to throw someone in jail because their payment was "lost in the pipeline somewhere." What is it exactly that you do down there besides collect your paycheck

Every time I try to call I get voicemail, so I leave my name and number but, I never get a call back. Then I get letters telling me if I don't get a hold of them I'll be in trouble. So I try again and still get nowhere. Feels great to know I pay them to sit on their asses to do nothing and not help people or even return a phone call.
