They spent millions on the new building, move in and had a gas leak so had to move to a different location temporarily but they don't let anyone know this, nothing was posted on the doors when I went to drop paper work off. Tried calling about 8 times and waited on the phone for 5 mins each time and still no one answered the phone.

To start I would like to say that they are no longer at the building they were in, found out the hard way. They are now located in the perry/ hocking campus building across from the fair grounds. I was however disappointed with the attitude these women seem to have. They really don't want to help you but if they have to they will. Just doesn't seem right, I don't have to go in for much very often but when I do it's not very pleasant. I feel as if they want to hassle the people enough, be snooty enough and then the people won't want to come into the office. That's probably why they moved and didn't really tell anyone.... unless you have Facebook which I don't..so if you do have to encounter these people best to first try to call. And I know that is a automated joke that we won't get started on but the office is like walking on eggshells and the floor is hot lava...so be aware...and Ill stay hopeful that one day they will change how they view us people who some times need help and that they can treat us with kindness, fairness most importantly respect and that they'll realize we may all be different with different needs but we are all in deed human and we'd like to feel the humanity amongst us....thanks and good luck...

It's taken over a week for them to make a determination on an ebt case for someone who is completely out of food stamps, has 4 children, and has spent most of her and her husband's pay checks on groceries waiting on a determination. Food prices are so expensive and they are dragging their feet to help people in need. They are unhelpful when you call to try and find out anything about your case. They used to be quick, accurate and helpful but in the past 2 years, they have taken a serious hit in the quality of service they provide. I hope they realize that soon and work on correcting the broken system.

Although their office is temporarily moved to the Hocking Perry college until their new building is made. Excited and All Perry Administration office have the nicest folks to help you with your needs!
