Awful disorganized unprofessional They will not pick you up on time they will not get u there on time They will pick up 3 extra people for the trip that you already paid for maybe even drop I g them off before you. They make an hour trip take 5 hours NO EXAGGERATION

Very rude, except this one person. I called to get a ride from circleville to junction city and the guy told me that I could get picked up Saturday and I said alright. Half hour later a really rude lady called back saying they couldn't. I guess they don't need money that bad and they need to stop saying that they will pick up fifty Mile radius if they won't. I am very upset that they cancelled. I wonder how good their service really is. Huh. I can't give them a zero star but it is the worst service I have had with anyone. I don't recommend this place until they can get a better friendly service people.

I truly hate putting a poor rating on here however today was only one of a bunch of times these drivers have either pulled out in front of me or like today, were in too much of a hurry they barely slow down at the stop sign and go right on through because I'm almost to the road they are coming down. I really don't believe I would want any of my elderly relatives riding with them if this is the way they drive.
