After being ignored by 3 clerks, I found someone who told me to go find a clerk. This clerk handed me off to the cashier, which handed me off to the manager, which tried to hand me off to the guy who handed me off to begin with. I wanted to buy a 5 wood, one that I had ordered before. The manager was rude and condescending and finally agreed to look on line for the club. She found it at the Torrence store. I asked if I needed to drive from Palm Desert to Torrence and she said yes. I asked why they couldn't just transfer it to this store. This was incomprehensible to me. Clearly, they don't need my business. I had just spent $2k on a set of clubs.
Not to worry, I found the club I wanted on Amazon!

I recently had a bit of a negative experience with this store. I live about a hour away from the palm desert store. So I called about a pair of golf shoes, and the employee told me that they had them in stock. Little later the same day I called back just to make sure they had them, and the employee told me" if the guy said we have them in stock then we have them" very bad attitude. So the next day I drove a hour to pick them up and was told they don't have them in stock. And they seems to not really care about the situation.

After waiting for 1 hour and the employees were visibly busy with other customers and every time someone new walked in they would quickly finish up whet they were doing with the customer to help the new customer walking in and skip me I didn’t want to be rude and interrupt the employee while he was helping someone that had just walked in so when he separated for a second I took my chance and asked can I get some one to help me I’ve been waiting for 1 hour you guys have obviously been seeing me and ignoring me and JOHN WAS HIS NAME he rudely responded no I can’t help you as you can see I’m busy with someone else and I told him it’s just a quick question John responded again no and turned around so I told him then can someone else help me and he said no I’m the only one and I’m busy ! also when I went up to pay for my golf club I asked one of the employees there if I can’t a better discount since the used golf club that I was buying was extra used and ripped but I still liked it I told her and she said she would call the manager to ask and the manager just doesn’t have people skill neither she said the golf club is obviously used so we can’t give you more than the special that is going on already I just feel like she could of just answered I’m sorry we can’t and that’s it but it can be a racist thing it’s not the first time of me hearing that the employees there are real racist

Ordering here was a mess. Website says ship to store and I get a manager saying they don't do that but they'll make an exception and that hopefully the receiving team doesn't put my custom order on the floor. Employee put the wrong email down for the order and customer service said they'd update it. Said it was done and that was 100% false. They said I'd get shipping info. Also false I only found out my clubs were delivered, not shipped but already there, because I was checking order status with the wrong email since services didn't update my email. So while I'm working a wildland fire I'm worried about my 2k clubs being sold to someone else since the manager said if I'm not there they might get sold. Had to have someone drive almost 4 hours to grab them because I didn't want them to be sold out from under me. Clubs are out of the store and I know I'll never be back this was the worst experience I've had spending 2k

We live in the desert part time and just took up golf again as we enter retirement and words cannot express how much we love this store. From beginners to pros, it has something for everyone from apparel, clubs, even practice bays. The #1 reason we love this store so much is their customer service, particular from their manager, Anthony. He is a gem because he is the epitome of showing you what a VIP golfer experience should be. He is extremely helpful, patient, kind and will make sure every single person in that store is taken care of from where to find certain items to setting you up in the practice bays. We have visited twice just this week and Anthony has made it such a point to go out of his way to take care of us and introduce our family and friends of all this stores offerings, even golf lessons which our friends were so excited to learn more!

If you need anything golf related, visiting this store is a must stop for both locals and vacationers alike!

Worst service you could ever imagine. I wanted to try a shaft from their “Studio” department. I did not have an appointment, however, the Studio bay was open since a fitting was just finished. They did not want to help me because I did not have an appointment, even though the bay was open and I only needed few minutes to compare my driver shaft with the one I wanted to buy.
In the past few years I don’t know how many thousand of dollars I spent there. Not any more!
I walked out, went across the street to Club Champion and, what was impossible at PGA Superstore, was completed in 10 minutes.
Bye bye PGA Superstore…

I always stop here when I’m in the valley. Here in Hawaii the best golf store would prolly fit in the putting area so it’s nice to see what we miss out on. Sooooooo much to look at. You can easily spend an hour here.
